The first successful projects in the field of road building were completed 10 years ago already, in Transylvania Region.
Today Geiger Group Romania has already 4 subsidiaries in Bucharest, Sibiu, Târgu Mureş and Bistriţa. With its 400 motivated and well trained employees, Geiger successfully develops its departments of raw stock, construction and ecology. And as we always invest in the future, Geiger puts high value - in Romania, just as it does in Germany - on training a new generation of employees and on staff qualification.
Be it in the field of infrastructure construction, developing industrial and production sites, turnkey constructions or rehabilitation of cities’ historical areas and ecology technologies. We are active in all the above fields and we are building a Europe of the future here, in Romania, making use of our relevant experience. The synergic bond between the raw stock field and the construction activities field has always been the basis for an efficient and economical performance of the projects undertook by Geiger. We have dealt in Romania too with assuring in good time the access to raw stock sources, by purchasing shares in stone pit operating societies. Today we continuously open up new raw stock sources.
